CRUISE INFORMATION

To make your reservations, please call Carnival Cruise Ships at 1-866-721-3225. State the group name: Norma’s Group #6J2X20. You will be requested to pay $250.00 per person by credit card or check. The balance will be payable by June 12, 2006. Cancellation penalty will be applicable if you cancel after June 12, 2006. For your convenience, I am also enclosing a form with the necessary information at the time of booking. (see registration form)

• All passengers must have a passport, or green card or a U.S. passport.
• All children below 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, 25 or older in the same cabin.
• All special requests must be made at the time of booking, e.g., special diet, airline reservations, hotel, transfers from airport to the port, etc.
• Price listed is for Cruise Only. All others are extra (tips, alcoholic drinks, excursions, etc)
• You can make your own arrangements for travel and hotel.
• Babysitting is available at no extra cost for potty-trained children.
• All other questions and information, the group planner will be happy to assist you.
• Price is per person (adult or child, same price) 2-4 persons per cabin.
  • Interior cabin: $479.00 + tax $68.04 = $547.04 for the 1^st and 2^nd (each passenger); $399.00 + tax $68.04 = $467.04 for the 3^rd and 4^th (each passenger)
  • Ocean-view Cabin: $574.00 + tax $68.04 = $674.04 for the 1^st and 2^nd (per person); $479.00 + tax $68.04 = $547.04 for the 3^rd and 4^th (per person)
